Broccoli Raab & Sausage Pasta

1 bunch of broccoli raab
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. sweet italian sausage (turkey)
1/2 box bowtie pasta, cooked
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1 T. fresh oregano
1/2 T. paprika
Wash broccoli raab thoroughly, cutting off tough ends and picking out yellowed leaves. Chop roughly into 1 in. pieces.
Blanch broccoli raab by cooking in boiling water for 2 minutes and removing to cold water. Drain.
Sautee garlic in small amount of olive oil. Remove sausage from casing, add to garlic and break up with wooden spoon.
Sautee, adding paprika, cayenne and oregano, until almost cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add broccoli raab until cooked through, another 3-4 minutes.
Toss with pasta and serve.
