Chipotle Hummus

Is it healthy to eat bean and nut paste mixed with oil? I’m suspicious that this must be unhealthy because it tastes so very, very good. I got it from epicurious.com (Bon Appetit originally) and modified it to make it extra yummy.
2 15oz cans of chick peas (garbanzos), drained
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup tahini
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons minced chipotle chiles (canned with adobo sauce)
2 large garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 6 oz jar of roasted red pepper, chopped
lots of chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
Blend the first 8 ingredients (chick peas through cumin) in a food processor until smooth. Stir in chopped roasted red pepper and cilantro. Add salt & pepper to taste.
