Mango-tomatillo salsa

I like this just sweet and sour and chunky as is, but you can certainly spice it up with some jalapeno, or make it more liquidy with a little oil as well. Delicious alone or with anything, like coconut shrimp or catfish fillets or lime-marinated flank steak.
6-8 tomatillos
1 large ripe mango
1 small red onion
1 bunch cilantro
dash sugar
dash vinegar
juice of one lime
salt & pepper to taste
Chop the tomatillos, mango, onion, and cilantro and mix with lime juice, a dash of sugar and vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
