The People's Reciplex

Un-radishes

Look, I know this is a lame contribution since lots of people don’t like radishes. Me included. But what if you have a bunch sitting around because you joined a CSA and you just get random organic stuff every week, like a bunch of French breakfast radishes? Perhaps I stole this recipe from somewhere, but it is really quite tasty and un-radishy yet radishy, and even picky eaters will eat it.
1 bunch of radishes with greens attached
1 T. butter
few cloves garlic
3 T. fresh chives
salt
Wash thoroughly.
Chop radish greens.
Slice radishes into quarter wedges.
Sautee the radishes with butter and salt for about 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
Sautee garlic for 30 seconds and add greens for a minute, until just wilted.
Stir in radishes and chives, sauteeing for another minute or so.
