Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp fine table salt
  • Pepper & other spices of your choice (ground sage, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, etc)

Directions

  1. Rinse and salt pumpkin seeds (store in refrigerator until roasting)
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  3. Add the seeds, oil, and spices on a baking sheet and mix them thoroughly
  4. Spread seeds in a single layer
  5. Roast for 30 min, stirring them once halfway through

*I made one batch with 1/4 tsp hot smoked paprika & 1/4 tsp ground sage and they are my favorite yet
