If you can get a copy of The Black Adder episode called “Beer” it will give you a hint as to how me ‘n my mates got on with this. Oh, and on the same episode tape there is another episode called “Chains” but thats another recipe for another time.
1 6-pack of I.P.A. (Bass or Harpoon if you can get it)
6 English pint glasses, you know, the big ones.
1/2 pint of brandy
1/2 pint of spiced rum
cinnamon
juice of 2 limes
Chill the ale well and take out of the fridge while you prep the glasses.Distribute the lime juice,brandy and rum equally among the glasses. Carefully pour the ale into the glasses and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the foam, serve. Rinse ,and repeat if need be.
