Waffles
The Joy recipe is pretty good–

Beat lightly:
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk

Combine:
1 cup flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup cornmeal

Mix above together with:
1/4 cup bacon fat (I used 2-3 tablespoons butter)

Pour batter onto waffle iron, place a piece of bacon on top before closing the lid.
