Dominican chicken
This recipe is a rough draft for cooking chicken in the Dominican style (which is very tasty).
Serve with white rice, or tostones.
whole chicken
onion (one)
green peper (cuban-long)
garlic
oil (canola, mazola)
salt
culantro
tomato sauce *half a small can
sugar
Cut the chicken in parts
pour oil in pan in hi
when oil is very hot, add a handful (or two of sugar)
stir till brown, dont let it burn
chicken in pan, move it around so it gets brown
if need pour a little bit of water
cover and bring the heat down
add all the above ingredients cut in pieces
cover let it cook in low until chicken is done
