Garlic Fries
2 large Idaho potatoes
2 t. vegetable oil
1/2 t. garlic salt
1 minced fresh garlic clove
1 t butter
1 T fresh grated parmesan
1 t. dried parsley
Peel potatos and cut into 1/4 inch wide fries.
Place in a plastic baggie and shake with vegetable oil and garlic salt to coat.
Coat baking sheet and bake in oven at 450 for 30 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.
Melt butter over low in skillet and add garlic. Saute for one minute. Add fries, parma, and parsley. Toss to coat and serve.
