Pete’s Easy Carbonara

1 packet of Spaghetti
1 jar of mushrooms (or more! or none!)
1 packet of bacon
3 egg
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
splash of Vodka
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 clove garlic minced
Boil pasta.
While pasta is cooking, fry bacon to crispiness.
Drain bacon grease from pan, add 2 tbsps of it to a mixing bowl. Set aside bacon (keep warm).
Beat the eggs and mix with cheese, bacon grease, basil, garlic, and vodka.
Stir well, then add crumbled bacon and mushrooms.
When pasta is done, add mix to pasta, mix well, and serve.
