Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 – 1 tsp fine table salt
- Pepper & other spices of your choice (ground sage, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, etc)
Directions
- Rinse and salt pumpkin seeds (store in refrigerator until roasting)
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Add the seeds, oil, and spices on a baking sheet and mix them thoroughly
- Spread seeds in a single layer
- Roast for 30 min, stirring them once halfway through
*I made one batch with 1/4 tsp hot smoked paprika & 1/4 tsp ground sage and they are my favorite yet
