Scott’s Yummy Goodness
Love artichokes, garlic and cheese? It doesn’t get much better than this.
3 cans artichoke hearts
1 package thawed spinach
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup romano cheese
1 1/2 cup light mayo
Chop all ingredients, mix, bake until top is brown. Serve with chips or crackers.
