Bacon Chilaquiles

This recipe serves 3-4



  • 6 eggs
  • tortilla chips, 10oz bag
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese or cheese sauce
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 radishes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped


  1. Preheat oven at 350
  2. Lightly coat a 9×13 pan with olive oil
  3. Add the tortilla chips to the pan and toast the chips alone for 10 minutes
  4. Top the chips with salsa and cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes
  5. Fry the eggs, take the pan out of the oven, and top chips and sauce with the eggs
  6. Top with bacon, radish, and green onions
