Garlic & Herb Veggie Dip
A flavorful but lightweight yogurt dip for veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp Italian/flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1-2 cloves pressed garlic
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Vegetable slices for dipping
Instructions
Chop herbs, combine all ingredients, and serve with veggie slices.
