Bacon Chilaquiles
This recipe serves 3-4
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- tortilla chips, 10oz bag
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese or cheese sauce
- 5 slices bacon, cooked
- 6 radishes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350
- Lightly coat a 9×13 pan with olive oil
- Add the tortilla chips to the pan and toast the chips alone for 10 minutes
- Top the chips with salsa and cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes
- Fry the eggs, take the pan out of the oven, and top chips and sauce with the eggs
- Top with bacon, radish, and green onions
