Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or other frozen fruit)
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 apple, cut into pieces
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
Directions
- Add the frozen spinach and raspberries to blender and set to crush ice.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the water. Run the blender through 2 more cycles (smoothie & blend).
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
