Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or other frozen fruit)
  • Juice from 1/4 lemon
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 apple, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the frozen spinach and raspberries to blender and set to crush ice.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the water. Run the blender through 2 more cycles (smoothie & blend).
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
