Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12oz mini white chocolate chips, frozen
Directions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk cream and sugar together over medium heat until boiling. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips.
- Press into pan until set, then cut and serve.
