Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12oz mini white chocolate chips, frozen

Directions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk cream and sugar together over medium heat until boiling. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  5. Press into pan until set, then cut and serve.
