Garlicky Baked Chicken
We made this recently and both of us simply thought that it was great, hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese hot mustard
3 1/2 lbs chicken parts, skinned if desired
Preheat Oven to 350 F. Combine bread crumbs, garlic and oil in shallow dish
Combine soy sauce and hot mustard in small bowl; brush evenly over chicken. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture to coat lightly, but evenly. Place on foil-lined backing sheet.
Bake chicken 45 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear.
