Tahini Garlic Sauce
3 garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped
1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
3/4 cup well-stirred tahini (sesame paste)
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Stir the tahini and then combine with all ingredients.
