Walking Taco

This is a good one for either backbacking or car camping.
ground beef, turkey, or chicken
onion
red pepper
green pepper
other favorite vegetables
lettuce
cheese
Frito chips
At home, before going on the trail, fry meat and vegetables like onion, red pepper, green pepper or other personal favorites separately.
Place in separate ziplock bags and referigerate until it is time to leave for the trail.
Add lettuce and cheese in a third bag and fritoes chips in a plastic container to take on the trail.
While on the trail: warm up meat and veggies together and place in a ziplock back with letttuce, cheese and chips.
Scoop out with chips as you walk for a meal on the go.
