Dani’s Favorite Lasagna

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lrg onion, diced
1 pinch minced garlic
1 15 oz. can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/8 cup parsley flakes
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil leaves
3 cups sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbs parsley flakes
1/2 Tbs salt
1 tsp oregano
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 8 oz. pkg lasagna noodles (ready-to-bake)
Cook and stir beef, onion, and garlic.
Drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/8 cup parsley flakes, sugar, 1 tsp salt, and basil.
Heat to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour uncovered.
In seperate bowl, mix sour cream, 1/2 parm cheese, 1 Tbs parsley, 1/2 Tbs salt, and oregano.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In an ungreased 13″ x 9″ pan layer meat sauce, sour cream mix, mozzarella cheese, and noodles.
Repeat step 8 three times, and then one more time without the noodles.
Top with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let stand for 15 minutes for easier cutting.
