Jen’s Special Meatballs
3/4 large onion, diced
3 pounds ground sirloin (or hamburger)
3/4 pkg bread crumbs w/ herbs
2 tsp Worchestire sauce
1 egg
1 tsp Lawry’s salt
Pinch salt & pepper
1 family-size can Cream of Mushroom soup
8 oz. sour creeam
1/4 large onion, diced
1 cup milk
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Lawry’s salt
1 tsp Worchestire sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll the meat into one inch diameter balls.
Place on a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Bake until done (about 30 minutes).
Put the rest of the ingredients and meatballs into a crock pot.
Start crock pot on HIGH and after a while (experiment with how long, this is fun!) turn crock pot to LOW for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
